Where can I view the minimum tickets required for a competition?

You can view the minimum tickets required on the individual competition pages.

Where can I see the competitions I have entered?

You can view all your past and currently entered competitions in your My Account page.

How random is your draw?

Don’t worry! Our draws are as random as it gets. We use the https://www.random.org number generator to pick our winning number. Random.org runs a specialised system using radio antennas which pick up atmospheric noise to produce true randomness. Very cool!

How many entries am I allowed in a draw?

Each draw will vary. Please ensure you check the draw’s product page, in order to see how many entries each participant is allowed.

When does the draw close?

Each draw runs on a timer, as seen on the product page. Soon as the timer has ended -the draw is officially closed.

How will the winner of the draw be picked?

Once the draw is closed, a winner will be drawn via a random number generator. All participants are automatically notified of the results.

How will I know if I win?

We will contact you by email to notify you of any wins. Be sure to check your email.

Is there a time period to claim my prize?

Yes, the winner has 14 days to claim their prize before a redraw is completed.

How long will it take for my prize to be delivered?

If you win, we will hand-deliver your prize within 7 days of the winner being announced.

Do you offer alternative cash prizes?

Yes, the winner of the draw can request a cash alternative. Please note: this will be up to 80% of the Prize value.
